Patriarch of mayor of Moscow agree to build church in memory of Dubrovka terrorist attack victims An Orthodox church in memory of those killed in the terrorist attack on the theatrical center will be built on Dubrovka in Moscow. “At your request, we selected sites (for churches in Moscow — Ed). We prepared documentation for 60 sites. We will mark the start of this great program by laying the stone together during construction of one of the churches,” said Moscow mayor Sergey Sobyanin on Wednesday, during a meeting with Kirill, Patriarch of Moscow and All of Russia. In Moscow, police are searching for a suspect involved in an explosion in the Stavropol region who could conceivably become a suicide bomber. This was reported on March 9th by the news agency Interfax, quoting a source in law enforcement. The suspect is 23-year-old Viktor Dvorakovsky. A criminal case under the terrorism statutes has been initiated due to a March 9th explosion on Michurinsky Prospect in Moscow. RIA ‘Novosti’, citing a source in law enforcement, reported on this. According their information, an explosive device was planted at the bus stop. Cover-2 is a program in which we talk about topics that major foreign weeklies put on their covers. As you well know, we have a project called Cover-1, which is on Mondays, and there we talk about topics that the Russian weeklies put on their covers, while on Sundays we meet here in the studio with our guests and discuss topics relevant to foreign weeklies. Russian Wahhabi Vitaly Razdobudko and his common-law wife Maria Khorosheva, both suspected of twin terrorist attacks on February 14th in the Dagestani village of Gubden, videotaped messages before their deaths. This became known after their respective recordings appeared on a video-sharing site and were copied to a number of extremist websites. Investigators intend to append these recordings to the criminal case. Maria Khorosheva’s video message lasts seven and a half minutes, and appeared online on February 22nd. The recording of her common-law husband, Vitaly Razdobudko, lasts about an hour, and was uploaded the following day. Khorosheva was taped sitting in front of wall draped with a white blanket, her bowed head covered in gray cloth. She utters words of reproach to Muslims who do not yet support the Mujahideen.
